Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The ethics management website collects personal information to verify additional details when necessary, provide notice of receipt and processing results, handle complaints and other civil petitions, and deliver notifications. If the purpose of use changes, prior consent will be obtained.
Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information collected through the ethics management website is processed and retained from the time of submission until the report is closed. Exceptions apply where separate retention is required, such as cases subject to disciplinary action.
