Processing Methods: The Company records and manages matters concerning requests for use beyond the intended purpose, provision to third parties, destruction, and access regarding personal video information. Upon expiration of the retention period, video information is permanently deleted in an irrecoverable manner (printed materials are shredded or incinerated).
